Euromillions Draw History
The anonymous winner placed a tiny bet of 25c on their BoyleSports account, picking out four numbers to roll out of the machine in Friday evening’s plus draw.
They were left speechless as their balls sprung out of the machine with 7, 27, 30 and 31 rolling to conquer the mammoth odds of 33,000/1.
When they logged back into their account, they noticed they had bagged a staggering €8,250.25.
If they had matched four numbers on a ticket, they would have only netted €2,000 - which would still have been worth a pretty penny.
Lawrence Lyons, spokesperson for BoyleSports said: 'We send huge congratulations to our Dublin customer who made light work of 33,000/1 odds for four numbers.
'A bit of loose change has really gone a long way so hats off to them for dreaming big.'
